DuckTerm follows the standard end-user license agreement (EULA) that Apple provides for App Store distribution. There is no DuckTerm-specific custom EULA — your installation and use of DuckTerm is governed by Apple's template, which all App Store apps default to unless they replace it.

By installing DuckTerm from the App Store, you accept the Apple Standard EULA. The privacy policy linked from the App Store and the footer of this site governs how DuckTerm handles your data. For questions, contact duckterm@limitwatch.app.
