Terms of Use
Last updated: July 2026
DuckTerm has no custom EULA on either platform. On iOS, your installation and use are governed by the standard end-user license agreement (EULA) that Apple provides for App Store distribution. On Android, your acquisition and use of the app, and any purchases, are governed by the Google Play Terms of Service — DuckTerm adds no additional license terms, and the Apple EULA does not apply on Android. Data handling is governed by the Privacy Policy.

https://play.google.com/intl/en-US/about/play-terms/index.htmlPurchases are billed by the store you bought from — Apple (App Store) on iOS, Google (Google Play) on Android — and refunds follow that store's policy. By installing DuckTerm you accept the applicable store terms above. The privacy policy linked from the store listing and the footer of this site governs how DuckTerm handles your data.
